its painted by one of japans most renound tattooists & its a back piece on a japanese girl. he litteraly wrote the book on modern tanslations of clasic folklore & tattoo images. the artists name is horiyoshi III. the book thats from is the 100 demons of horiyoshi. i hope this is helpful
