I have also noticed people that were the experienced elders when I first got involved 15 years ago disappearing over time. I used to wonder where all of the 65 year old magicians were, for example. Now, I think the answer is “hiding from you.”

Hello, this is Sia. I wrote the articles in question. They are not as depressing as you might think. I don’t believe in pointing out a problem unless I also try and offer a solution. You will find plenty to feel good about, as well as some constructive suggestions for change, in Part II: Healthy Pagan Groups & Individuals.

Well, it is immaterial to me now, largely. I’ve finally moved on in a permanent manner from any involvement in Neopaganism or the like.
